OSX and the setup wizard

I've got the same problem as everyone else here,,,,,,just want to say I'm just going to run my old Limewire in classic,,,,,,,,sucks but what choice do I have since nobody seem to have a difinitive answer on the problem.

System: G3 400mhz
OS 10.2
