cannot playback downloaded movies

how do i playback downloaded movies, quicktime and windows media player won't work!

We've had good luck with Stimulus which we downloaded from Tucows.

DivX files need to be run through DivX Validator before Stimulus recognizes them.
Note: Stimulus is a little picky about filenames, so be careful about changing the format of any files you want to view.

I sugest the divx valadetor it works very well but get the divx doctor though I think the valadator comeswith it. or at least it use to.
