After reading these posts, I don't think I even want to download it- maybe it is the reason i have had trouble with it. I have tried several times, four other people have gone through the download routine, and no luck. It goes through the installation routine and then nothing. No record it was even installed, just an installer icon on the screen which goes through the same thing again. What gives?

I think we are experiencing the same thing. It seems to say and show the download - i.e. %age wise. When we reach 100%, we go to library in itunes and it doesn't seem to be there. Any idea about this?
We are trying to put these on the laptop in order to transfer to an ipod.
Surprise for my son.
