How about a Revert feature? How many times has it happened? You get a version that finally is acceptable in performance, then an upgrade is released, and you foolishly think it will be better, only to be disappointed when you download and install it. I suppose I could rename all of my installers named Limewire.OSX.zip so that the OS would let me keep them all instead of wanting to replace the older version with the newer one.
Or, they could include a 'revert' feature, that would restore the last version used, and overwrite the 'new and improved' version.
And what's with the daily updates? Yesterday it was 2.8.4 (better and horrible in the same breath), and today it's 2.8.5, which so far, luckily, seems much more stable. (Less blinky blinky blink snap snap snap).
Next I'd like to see some sort of filter for these spam files some companies/ websites are planting here. |
