![]() When I try to download videos, they are all 67.3 KB and do not open. When I try to launch a video I get an error message saying "Couldn't open the file <file name> because a software component needed by the movie could not be found." I'm using Mac OS 10.2.2 Here's what I tried to do to solve the problem: I downloaded DivX 5.0 decoder and applied it I downloaded Mplayer I downloaded Stimulus I downloaded VideoLAN Client But I don't think the problem is with the player. These 67.4 KB files have a mpg suffix on them. They are obviously too small to be a video and I suspect they should not be mpg files. What can I do to correct this? |
