LW keeps messing up my modem need to reset

I have a G4 1 Mhz DP, running 10.2.1, and LW 2.6.5., and using a roadrunner cable modem through a netgear EN104 hub.

This problem has been occurring for some time now. It appears that when I run limewire doing anything, searching, DL, etc., my connection goes dead, and I have to reset the modem by unplugging the power. Any ideas what could be causing this? It is extremely annoying to have to run downstairs to reset the modem.

Having the same problem, except I am runnning Win98SE and Netgear RP614 Router connected to ... RoadRunner cable modem! Wonder if RoadRunner is the problem?
Anybody?
