Unhappy Where did the download go?

I'm new to OSX. I have downloaded and launched the software, but where did it go? I cant find it anywhere on my machine...

Sorry to be lame.

I think that a lot of the problems people are having with OS X downloads disappearing have to do with the name of the file. If a file starts with a period in OS X, it is a INVISIBLE FILE. If you want to see it, switch to OS 9 and you should see the files in what ever folder (Usually Macintosh HD:USERS:<USER NAME>:SHARED or Macintosh HD:USERS:<USER NAME>:IMCOMPLETE.)

Not sure exactly what you mean. If you have run the Limewire installer, you should see a LimeWire icon in your Applications folder. In your Home directory. If you are looking for files downloaded with Limewire, they will also be in the Home directory (the house on your toolbar) in a folder called Shared.
