Default Pro Support Emails are NOT being Answered!!!!!

Users like Rainbow, myself, and others have emailed for Pro Support, but those messages are not being addressed by "the Limewire team". We are not receiving responses.

We could have used the free version, and tolerated the annoying banners, but instead decided to help further the cause.

Why are we now being treated like unwanted stepchildren?
