NAV Definitions 1/2003 update for OSX

After installing downloaded NAV 8 for OSX,
I downloaded NAV January 2003 definitions for OSX from V-Tracker.

Update would not install .

Error: insufficient privledges

Any know how to hack this problem?

if you have downloaded it from 'somewhere' you cant want to have support for it...
