Mp3 to Itunes How do I get mp3 to I tunes? Thanks |
Re: MP3 to ITunes I think I figured out how to import mp3s from Limewire to OSX ITunes: in ITunes, go to File -- Add to Library. In the list on the left where you can choose where to import from, click on "Shared". Highlight the songs you want to import (hold down the shift key and click if you want to highlight more than one at once) then click "Choose". Hopefully, the Limewire mp3s will show up in your ITunes library. |
Even easier than that is just to go to the folder where your mp3's get downloaded to and just drag the file into a playlist in itunes. Easy!!!! |
If iTunes is properly configured to play mp3 files, all you need to do is click the "Launch" button in the Download pane of LimeWire's Search tab, or in the Library tab. In most cases, "Launch" will also properly open files of types other than mp3, too. Mark @version@/10.2.4 |
Moving mp3 to itunes I have tried all the suggestions listed above. None of them work! How am I supposed to get mp3's into the itunes folder? HELP! |

Try this. Open iTunes>click on file>scroll down to Add to library. When the window appears on the screen>click on the tune/tunes that you want>then click on the choose button. It should then add your tunes to the iTunes library. Hope this helps. Jack. |
OSX 10.1.5 & iTunes 3.0.1 Did you know that if you have OSX you can upgrade to 10.1.5 & iTunes 3.0.1 for free.:D |
Open your shared folder (the one on your hard drive, not the one in Limewire) and double click on the song you want to transfer. iTunes should open and add the song to your library. This works for me, hope it works for you. |
