files will not save at all
 

Can somebody help me out?
I download an entire song and afterwards it doesn't go into my shared or incomplete folder. i think it may be deleting the files, maybe somebody knows how i can save these files instead of losing them everytime i download them! thanks

Hi,
Try doing a search for your files using SHERLOCK, it may be that they have been saved somewhere else

Had the same problem. The files can be found if you search from the finder and use the command "Shift Cmd G" and enter the path: /startvolume/Volumes/"path to your shared folder"/. They seem to magicaly appear that way
