![]() I have limited experience but have observed that, although it is unlikely that you will be selected as an ultrapeer from the outset if you are returning from sleep or a bout of off-line activity, you can induce selection by restarting your computer. That is, assuming you actually want to be an ultrapeer. I have a question about this as another thread. |
