![]() I have all my music on my Mac in iTunes. iTunes stores the mp3 music files in a folder structure it creates - basically ARTIST/ALBUM_NAME. I want to share these files with Limewire, but it's too tedious to list every ARTIST/ALBUM_NAME folder as a shared folder in Limewire. Is there an easier way? |

![]() Hi In my experience, when you transfer the iTunes files to the Shared folder, whatever file label you have set up in iTunes is accepted and hashed by Limewire. However, you could be referring to the extremely antisocial habit of some sharers to offer labels that start with the artist and the album title and leave no room for the display of the track title or other useful information. If that is the problem you are referring to, thank you for considering the reasonable needs of other searchers. You should redefine the global labelling in iTunes to show Artist and Track Before Album. The transfer can also be done globally by selecting all iTunes files in the Library and dragging them to Shared. Last edited by David91; April 30th, 2003 at 11:29 AM. |
