![]() Hi The bad news is that your experience was not a freak occurrence. It is an all too common event during downloading. There are a number of reasons for it (if you are interested, you can read through the other threads on this topic). The developers are aware of its increasing incidence and, when other more pressing problems are resolved, aim to fix it. If you have a half-downloaded file, you can sometimes get round the problem by repeating the search, then killing and restarting in the usual way. But if the problem was corrupted elements in the download, the only option is to throw the incomplete file away and start again. |
