I just dled the new official 3.1 version and wanted to clarify... is Java 1.41 only in the special JUM version or is it in the official 3.1 version as well.

The reason that I ask is that I have been told that most of my crashes are the result of Java and I am hoping that once I am using 1.4.1 I won't see as many as I have. Even with 3.0.2 I was still crashing after a couple of hours. We will have to see how this version does...
Only the jum builds currently use the Java 1.4.1 VM. And it does fix a few problems the 1.3.1 VM did have, although one crash remains to be fixed. I have reported this as a bug to Apple and I hope that they will include a fix in the upcoming update to Java 1.4.1. One can make this crash much less likely by turning off ultrapeer.
