Question Strange problems with Limewire in OSX

Hi...hope someone can help!

I've purchased Limewire Pro, which has been working fine for the past week. Today, it seems that the program gets "stuck" sometimes.....when I try to click on the navigational tabes (search, library, etc)....nothing happens.

I then have to revert to using the "right-click" button on the mouse to go to that tab or close one of the searches.

Also, sometimes, if I click on one of the search tabs (not the "x" to close), it actually closes!

Has anyone else experienced these problems? Thanks for your help!

Just a note to limewire:

I was very dissappointed to see that Limewire did not offer live support after purchasing the Pro download.....of course, we're given the impression that live support will be available for pro users, to get you to purchase the software!

Also, I have not seen any difference in the Limwire basic software and the pro software!!! Download time is the same.

Very dissapointed about that....you would at least expect a toll free number where tech support can be reached for paying customers!

Sounds like your LW needs more RAM. Go to preferences and disable the ultrapeer option under speed (pretty sure it's speed).

The download speed don't improve b/c you bought pro. The speeds are determined by numerous network factors, including but not limited to, your download speed, your soures upload speed, the number of sources, the stabality of your and your source's connections as well as the relative "distance" on the network.

If none of this works or helps, post your specs, and we'll get cracking.
