3.5.7only loads in OS 9.2?

I was using the LW version 3.2.0 and it kept bugging me to upgrade to 3.5.8. So I did. But it automatically loaded it through OS 9.2, not OS X, and when I go to use it, it reverts my desktop to OS 9.2 . Any way to get it to load in OSX?

Perhaps the alias still points to the OS9 version. Look for the OSX version on your HD and open it directly, or else go to http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml and download the OSX version yourself.

btw--Internet Explorer sometimes tries to read the .dmg installer as text: just control-click the link to download to disk
