![]() Hello, fellow Limewire users. I've had a problem recently, as many of you seem to, of files disappearing. I am a mac user, OSX; I have files put into a directory and then when I click on them they go to iTunes. Lately, I try to play something in iTunes and I get a message that file cannot be found. When I go to my limewire library, they aren't there either. I installed an anti-virus thing recently. Could that be it? I'm sure I did not do it myself, and I dont even know HOW to set my folder to 'stop sharing'. |

![]() If the file name contaains more than one dot ("."), especially if the name begins with one dot, OS X sometimes confuses the file with a system file, and thus hides it. To stop this go to "Library" when LW is running and rename the file (click the name and wait for it to be highlighted, just like you rename a folder). Hope it helps! |
