Tools Tab

I want to change some options from initial set up but when I click on the Tools Tab then Options, nothing happens. Asked Support and they told me to go to Limewire Preferences. But cannot find Preferences. Can someone help me?:)

Go to the Limewire menu and then click on preferences.

When I try to open it it gives so many option to open with that I don't know which one to choose.
