![]() Hi all, I'm using Limewire on a Mac (OS9.1) for several months with no problems. Then it starts failing to load; gets to the end where it normally asks you to update and crashes. I downloaded the latest version; still the same problem. Anyone else having these problems or can offer possible solution? thanks Steve |

![]() It might be that it's not getting enough RAM in the latest version. First, I'd try allocating more RAM to Limewire and to java runtime (or Java MRJ). Secondly, try doing a clean install of Limewire. That means deleting Limewire completely, including preferences and everything, and the installing the latest version. |

![]() Got LW running again; problem seems to have been caused by the "incomplete" folder from the earlier version of LW. Once I moved to the trash and re launched LW it loaded up without a problem. Hope this helps someone else out there. |
