Erased file

Here's one from me, the download dummy, who erased her favorite file from her shared folder (using the library window erase button, did not drag the file into the trash). To make matters worse I confirmed this command.
The question is where do files go that are deleted that way? I have not shot down the limewire yet, hoping to find a solution. Of course, I could just download the file again, but it is not readily available for Mac. I am using Mac OS 10.1.5. Thanks for your help in advance. Peace and happy holidays.

The same happened here.
I LOST ALL MY FILES!!!
There should be a warning telling that what was being deleted were THE ACTUAL FILES, not just a list. It is not very clear that by deleting the library I'm, in fact, deleting the files from the Shared folder.
On all download applications that I used before, I had a list of the downloaded files and I could clean the list from time to time or make it clean automatically from time to time. It was what the Library list looked like. Now I lost Mb and Mb of files. And recovering files in OSX is a pain (as in... impossible!)
Does anyone know of a good recovery utility?

They are deleted. Limewire hasnīt a trashcan. You can suggest it in the new features forum if you really need it.

There is a warning. The warning says ARE YOU SURE THAT YOU WANT TO DELETE THE FILE there is no word about deleting a list or something like this, did you notice that if your deleting anything from the playlist that there isnīt a warning? So if a warning pop ups you should think at least twice before you say YES...

We learned we have the option to say NO if we arenīt sure, come to the support forums and ask what will happen to the files BEFORE we are doing anything...! We also can read the faq etc.
