![]() Could not play a downloaded movie. It had the extension .wmv Upgraded to WMP 9 for the Mac OS X. Tried to play the movie. That sent me to MS web Site and said I didn't have the "rights" and to use a compatable player [long list attached]. Eh? What can I do? No "player" listed is Mac compatible. |

![]() Yeah, I know that problem. Try switching the extension to .asf (simply by clicking on the name of the file an then changing the .wmv to .asf) This sometimes works as some of the files have wrong extensions but since the player plays asf on a Windoze PC, i don't think it makes a difference. |
