 I'm seeing the same here--this 99mb file which I have successfully downloaded in the past is stuck at 70% and I've downloaded 168MB of it so far-- the rate*time is also confirmed by the download stats in options. What is worse is that this partial file is taking up most of my upload slots and bandwidth. Something is screwy here too.  |
