Default Paid, now won't work

I paid just today for the shareware. Now that I've installed it on 10.2.8 it won't search for songs anymore. Can't find anything in the FAQ or support pages.

Probably needless to mention that I feel like hell about it!

How long does it usually take to get an email from tech support.

I wish to hell I hadn't trashed my older version after installation!

Anybody? Another question I asked a few days ago is still unanswered, about turbo-charged...(here in the forum, not at tech support).
