file tranfer issues from limewire to itunes...

since upgrading to the latest version of limewire pro files no longer transfer automatically from limeiwre to itunes...as a limewire pro cutomer i have sent 2 messages to support but no response as yet and its been 3 weeks! anyone know if there is a bug and when it is meant to be fixed?

Have you tried going to your preferences and turning on iTunes support? It may be off and you have to turn it on. Select your preferences and look for iTunes in the list. Select it and click the check box to turn it on. It should work after that.
