Sadly it sounds very reasonable, because iTunes can easily change the tags of all my mp3s, so a trojan need only tell it to do so. *autsch* I don't think it is an easter egg. But what I just read suggests, that OSX sees the file as an Application in that case, so any mp3 appearing as an application might be a trojan.
