convert rm file to mp3?
 
downloaded some rm files off the internet, i wanna convert them to mp3 so i can put them in my i tunes. please help?

Excuse my ignorance, but what are rm files? Is that their extension & what type of app produced them? If I know these answers I might be able to make some suggestions.

I think those are Real Media files, made for Real player (heard the player sucks big time so I make sure it doesn't come anywhere near my Mac).
I tried looking in Google but there doesn't seem to be a converter (I didn't look thoroughly enough though)

For the Mac there's a free program called EasyWMA that will convert WMA files to mp3 but that's not RealMedia. For PC, I think the same company (RM) produces a program that can do 2-way conversions. I could be wrong.
