where can I find rosetta shareware

I'm looking for a copy of rosetta shareware. It works on mpg files.

I've checked version tracker and googled it. No luck. Maybe its been pulled off market?

I must say, I tried to dwnd Rosetta w/o luck. Their website seems to have gone! So u could be right.
