Posting a problem in a new thread (once of course you have tried looking around if that problem has already been asked by using the search button at the top right...) is more than enough to get people's attention. Don't give your email.
Go to the Home directory in the Finder and enter the Shared folder. Insert a blank CD-R into the disc drive.Drag-and-drop the files into the CD and (after they have finished transfering), drag the CD into the trash and release.
That takes time and if you wanna make a music CD, you can't: only data and/or .mp3 CDs.

If you wanna make DVDs, SVCDs, VCDs, music CDs, blahblah, get an application like Toast (from Roxio: there is a lite version and you can buy the Titanium one which enables multiple functions) and drag-and-drop (or otherwise add) files into the window after chosing what kinda CD you wanna make.

You can create audio cd's using iTunes. Open iTunes, you must create a new playlist (CMD+N) & drag the songs (from the main lib list/*** them) you wish to burn into the new playlist (maximum 74 mins & 14 secs for 650MB cd & 79 min 54s for 700 B cd.) Now go to iTunes Prefs & select 'Burning'. Select Audio cd as the format. Select the burn speed (as low as possible for reliable burns.) Choose whether you wich to hve any gaps b/w the songs. Now go back to iTunes main window & press the Burn Disc in the top right-side. I've provided some images to help you.
