![]() OS X 10.3.5 LimeWire 4.0.8 ADSL My LimeWire constantly crashes as it starts up. I'm using the latest Java 1.4.2, also tried booting up from mac restore disk and repaired privileges all with no success. I even tried installing an older version of LimeWire which booted up fine but wouldn't connect no matter how many times I clicked connect in the menu. I've been using Aquisition at the moment and even tried eDonkey which work okay, just don't like them as much as LimeWire. I've read quite a lot of the threads which seem to suggest the same solutions. Suppose I'm going to have to resort to using other file sharing apps unless someone has any advice. |

![]() Good luck with the other apps, but if they don't work like you want, try running a safe boot to double check your system (restart and hold down the shift key right after the startup tone). Restart again and see if that helped. cheers |
