MP3 player on LW....

Lord of da Rings, My man, you out there? I don't know exactly where to plonk this question so if this ain't the right forum, my apologies and thanx for steering me to the right 1.

I can't preview a song nor play an MP3 download with LW's player. Just says it doesn't recognize that format. Wasssup? Thanks!
