Default Menu option "web page for files"

In limewire's version 4.2.6 in the library there is the option "web page for files", which allows someone who hasnīt got Limewire to download a file via web page.
In the versions 4.6.0 and 4.8.0 this option isn't available anymore. And with the magnet informations for the file i'm not able to generate the same link like before with "web page for files"

Why doesn't this menu option exist any more?
How can i generate the same link like before for somebody without limewire so that he can download the file via web browser?

Thx

The mechanism which allowed the web page was faulty and could cause security problems. We're going to redo it and release it when it's stable.
