 Connection prob (may not have been asked about). Backstory: I use a Mac G4, running MacOSX 10.4. I am using Limewire Pro 4.8.1 I have just recently converted from dialup to cable internet, I share this with one other machine. Limewire has been working fine on dialup (slowly, but fine). Since the cable happened it's been having a "Fair" connection, or telling me it's connecting but really isn't. It's as though the speed of my Limewire has become inversely proportional to the speed of my network. Download speed fluctuates like the Dow Jones index. Dismayed am I. Suggestions would be appreciated. J42  |
