OSX 10.3.9 Problem

I am having a similar problem to many other users in that Limewire tries to start up then unexpectedly quits. I have read all the posts about Java here and have trtied pretty much everything suggested but the problem persists. The error message I get if I were to submit a report to Apple reads (in part):

THis all started happening after I installed Extensis Suitcase X1 - is that just a coincidence?
