Please Help Major "?&%"Crisis !!!

Hey guys i just spent 3 days downloading the latest star wars film... this is the name of the film:

"?&%%?$$%?#"

i cant play this film on my mac!! please help... ive tried downloading a AC3 codec and also DIVX and have no more ideas left!

please help ive been waiting ages for this download and now it doesnt even work
