You cannot even get Mail without an IP address. Your email address gets translated into an IP address in order to get to your computer. Google for "secure file-sharing" to see how far away any internet activity is from being secure and anonymous for the majority of internet users |

And yes there's agencies that are employed by larger industries to find out info for them. |
