Default MacOSX Limewire 'bounces' but doesn't launch

Hello. I bought limewire pro and 4 months ago my tech support 'exipred', but I have a question that I feel should be answered whether I paid for tech support or not.

When I click on the limewire icon in my osx Macintosh dock, it 'bounces' as usual, as if it's getting ready to launch, but nothing happens. This happens even if I redownload the pro or redownload the basic versions. Could anyone give me tips about what to do? I felt proud about paying for the pro edition, and I really can't afford to put more money into this for reasons of a glitch. But there's no other apparent way to contact the limewire company without paying.

Thank you,
