Whilst LW is closed, delete your LW preferences found here: /Users/your_username/Library/Preferences/LimeWire

I guess there's a possibility your isp provider has started using a p2p filter like sandvine or other & may be targetting everyone or selected users that they're aware use p2p sharing. But we don't know that yet. Who is your isp by the way?
