Please, I don't remember which kind of LimeWire I paid for. I paid 20 dollars in Visa. I know that i can have it for 2 years. Did I get Lime Wire Pro?
And also, when I get to support, the webpage doesn't accept my email adress. What should i do?

Hmm, and why do you say "I know that i can have it for 2 years"? Does it mean you bought it from a website that said something about an 2 year subscription or did you bought it 2 years ago?

If it's the former you have been scammed and if it's the latter then you're 18 months too late...

If I were you I'd cancel immediately. Get in contact with your credit co./bank ASAP & emphasise you were scammed. Which site did you get it from; Known Scam Sites (click on link) On page 1 of that link you can see the official link to LW Pro. On the last pages you'll see lots of advice. You probably only got LW Basic which is FREE, not the Pro version.

You can find out by going to the LW menu & click the Limewire icon & see About LW which should say Limewire Pro. If there's no Pro mentioned then you don't have LW pro!

Limewire does not offer 2 yrs of membership! The official LW offers 6 months of support & updates. Go to this page, click on Get Pro & have a look: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml

I suspect you bought it at a scam site & then they re-directed you to the LW Basic downld page. Read carefully!
