Default Limewire launches to Final Cut not LW

My Limewire no longer works. I have tried to install but when I do, and go to open it it takes me to my final cut express HD program?
I am running the latest version of OS 10.4.2

It sounds to me you're using aliases to open with or something. Usually a reboot will fix that. If not, run system repair & repair permissions. Opening the program directly will also overcome the issue or should.

I have the same issue with Toast 5 opening instead of another when i use the alias sometimes after the comp's been on for some days on end.
