This offer should be made via pm not in a thread! There's reasons why LW made that version unavailable now.

LOTR It is evident to me and others that certain OSX versions will not allow later versions of LW to operate, and whilst I know solutions have been posted they do not apparently always work.

Please could you explain " There's reasons why LW made that version unavailable now."

1. Legal reasons re: the licence question posed to downlders when they come across copyright material.
2. Changes within the way LW works to keep pace with Gnutella developments & refining so it doesn't weigh down the network.

hey ... If you remember I was the one who posted a poll in the beta section asking for the previous version to be adapted to be still available. I realise there's issues for some people with the newer versions.
