![]() Mac 10.2.8 is the operating system software (runs the computer) Go to your Apple Menu on the top right of your screen and choose "About this Mac" to find out what version of Mac OS X (Mac 10.?) you already have installed. |

![]() Probably, but you'll need to buy the upgrade, or ask what iPod software runs on 10.1.4 The place to ask for more help is http://discussions.info.apple.com/ btw--tying with CAPS ON IS SHOUTING (don't do it ![]() cheers |

![]() You need iTunes for iPod in order to load it. You could do it with other programs with earlier versions of iPod software. There are 3rd party programs you can use to extract & I presume you can also add but I'm not sure. See the sticky in this section about iTunes/iPod or go here iPod Forum |

![]() Your CAPS are locked again. It looks like you're yelling at us. Not very polite on a forum & a good way to be ignored! As you can see from this link iTunes that OS 10.2.8 is required for the latest iTunes version & also presumably the latest iPod software. So I'd recommend updating to 10.2.8 ![]() |
