My son wants an IPOD for XMAS. I figured I would start to learn a little about this player before I purchased one. Anyway I went to the IPOD site and it stated that you need Windows 2000 or higher for ITUNES. I'm running in Windows ME and can't support the ITUNES download. Is there anyway of getting my music from my shared file in LM over to IPOD without having ITUNES (Can I somehow drag the music from my shared LM folder into the IPOD)? Any help on this subject would be very helpful, I don't know to much about IPODS (YET), thanks a bunch.

Within the Sticky link at the top of this section that mentions iPod & iTunes, there's also a link there-within for a combined iPod/iTunes forum. Go there & ask. I believe there are 3rd party utilities that might be able to compensate. But I'm not totally sure.
