no website support for PRO I bought?

Hi..... My first post.

I'm new to LimeWire. I recently bought the PRO version (4.9.33 pro) and have not been able to access any webpage support for the program. Entering my email address in the submission box and clicking submit only redirects me to the advertisement page showing the differences between PRO and Free Trial versions.

Any information about PRO support would be greatly appreciated.
