![]() So I just did a system update, and I find that Limewire will not open on my computer anymore. I uninstalled, then reinstalled. Still nothing. :[ Was this caused by the update? How can I fix this problem? Any help is greatly appreciated. btw, I am using an iBook G4 running Tiger. |

![]() Yes this was caused by the update. Unfortunately not enough of us are using Tiger to give definitive advice except to reinstall Java using the "Offline" java installer. I'm not sure about the present Java version for Tiger but try this http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...java+and+tiger

![]() Tiger was using 1.4.2-09 before the latest update. no 1 son updated and his powerbook slowed right down ..I don't know the full details or if it includes a java update no 2 son therefore did not update and LW etc is fine. So the latest Tiger update might not be wise until there are more details. Please let us know if LOTRs link was any use. |
