 LimeWire 4.9.37 Pro Freezes Everything for Ages!!! WHY WHY WHY?? Does anyone know why LW 4.9.37 Pro Freezes the Machine... I have a Powerbook 1.5ghz, Tiger 10.4.3, Java both 1.4.2 and 5 everytime i start limewire and do a search it completely freezes my computer + other apps for ages... I try and force quit, and even the force quitting takes ages to appear. Basically everything that is open when LW is doing its freeze completely is unusuable. I have tried running it on both Java versions and the same happens on both.... Does anyone know how to fix this or is having the same problems??  |
