![]() I had to take my dualcore in for a quick fix today and the techs at the Apple store told me to dump limewire. They say it leaves corrupted files all over the machine and will eventually slow it down to a hault. Each time I talk to a tech they tell me the same thing. What gives? Surely they are not talking about the leftover crap in my incomplete folder? I usually just delete that stuff every few days. Is there a hugh vat of these terrible "corrupted files" hiding somewhere on my machine that I need to know about? I did have to reformat my powerbook g4 recently due to it coming to a S L O W crawl. Is this what they are referring to? Is limewire the cause? |
