 Why does LimeWire say I have a firewall? I'm trying to use LimeWire 4.10.5 with OS X 10.3.9. It tells me I have a firewall running. I don't. I found a solution on the FAQ. It didn't work. This also happened with LimeWire 4.9, but never with any previous versions. What is going on? Thank you.  |

| LW 4.9 introduced an auto firewall detector. If you don't have your OSX firewall turned on, then the issue is most likely your modem/router. Personally I needed to manually port forward mine. But the newer ones have UPnP but some need to be enabled. See Connection problems? Check here first! |
