![]() I have Limewire Pro and every song I download has the same issue. It plays the first 5 seconds over and over and over. I tried to email customer support, but apparently they dont respond. Anyone have a fix for this? |

![]() Which player are you using to play the songs? Is it LW's media player or iTunes? ie: Try playing the songs with either iTunes or another player such as Audion (click on link) If you're using LW's media player, then if LW is too busy the player suffers. So this might be the cause. LW devotes most of its resources to searching, downlding, uplding, etc. which is its fundamental purpose. Most people in OSX don't use LW's media player for playback. I've heard of this problem before although I've never experienced it. It's either a player issue or dud song files. T3 Spammers; mp3 Bit-Rates Versus File Sizes Google Overpeer to get an idea of what I mean. BTW if you're not a presently paid up user of LW Pro then LW Pro support will ignore your email. ![]() I certainly hope it's not a virus. I am not aware of any OSX viruses. Is it only those recently downlded songs that are repeating? What about other songs in your iTunes library? Have you extracted any from audio cd? iTunes generally has some of its own anyway when you buy your mac. |

![]() I am running a PC. The songs I put on Itunes off of a cd are fine aswell as the ones I download off of the itunes site. The only problem are the songs off of limewire. It isnt just one file it is in every file downloaded. |

![]() You're running windows are you? If you hadn't noticed, this is the Mac OSX section. The files might be getting corrupted. Perhaps by an anti-virus or anti-spyware, etc. type utility or perhaps even your firewall. Either that or they're duds. How large are they? Are they larger than 1,000 KB? If not, then they're spam. Audio spam! |
