Where is my limewire Pro

Can anyone tell me how I can contact a real person at limewire. They've taken the money out of my account yet I've received nothing from them. Absolutely zilch. Their web site makes it impossible to actually contact anyone. has anyone else had this problem?

What can I do. Help!!!!!!
